1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cvy6 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of all services provided through the cvy6 website at https://cvy6.net and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

By accessing, registering on, or placing any wager through the cvy6 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. These Terms apply to all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment transactions, customer support interactions, and any other service made available through cvy6. 2. Account Registration

Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information throughout your time as a cvy6 account holder.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one cvy6 account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or in collaboration with other persons — is strictly prohibited. cvy6 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balances remaining in the accounts forfeited in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cvy6 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in with your credentials is deemed to have been performed by you and you accept full responsibility for it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify cvy6 support immediately at [email protected].

cvy6 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a period of account inactivity. Acceptable documents include national identity cards, passports, and utility bills or bank statements confirming your registered address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

3. Age Restriction & Eligibility

cvy6 takes underage gambling prevention seriously. We apply age checks at the point of registration and reserve the right to request age verification documents — such as a national identity card or passport — before granting access to real-money gaming features or processing any withdrawal request.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you confirm that you are not registering on behalf of another person, that you are not using the account on behalf of a minor, and that you will not allow any person under the age of 18 to access or use your cvy6 account under any circumstances.

If cvy6 has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is being used by or on behalf of a person under 18 years of age, we will suspend that account immediately pending investigation. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the cvy6 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cvy6 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. The following rules govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.

cvy6 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• cvy6 does not charge fees for standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which cvy6 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your cvy6 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within minutes for mobile financial services.
• cvy6 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that appears fraudulent, is associated with a restricted payment method, or originates from a third-party source.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the cvy6 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• cvy6 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may delay or prevent the withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are one to three business days, though most mobile financial service withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
• cvy6 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Processing fees imposed by third-party payment providers are outside cvy6's control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

cvy6 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotional page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered by cvy6.

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal may be made. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion's terms page.
2. Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated at the time they are awarded. Unused bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from your account without compensation.

Winnings generated from bonus funds may be withdrawn once all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Where a withdrawal request is submitted before wagering requirements are met, cvy6 reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount and any associated winnings before processing the withdrawal of real-money funds.

6. User Obligations

As a registered player on cvy6, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, or legal action as appropriate.

You must not engage in any of the following activities on the cvy6 platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process.
• Opening or operating more than one cvy6 account in any name or under any alias.
• Attempting to access or use another player's account without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a platform error are void and must be reported to cvy6 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play intended to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Attempting to launder money or use the cvy6 platform for any purpose related to financial crime.
• Using the platform in a manner that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward cvy6 staff or other players via any communication channel.

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that cvy6 bears no responsibility for losses sustained through legitimate game outcomes. You agree to use the platform's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion options — if you feel that your gaming behaviour is becoming problematic. cvy6 strongly recommends that all players read the Responsible Gaming page before commencing play.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

cvy6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable registration or verification information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other financial irregularity.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account procedures.
• Request by the account holder for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Compliance with a lawful order, regulatory directive, or court instruction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, cvy6 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining real-money balances and void all pending withdrawals. In cases involving fraud or financial crime, cvy6 may report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities and cooperate fully with any subsequent investigation.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within five business days.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. cvy6 will attempt to notify you via the registered email address before applying any dormant account fee or closing the account. Details of the dormant account policy, including any applicable administrative charges, will be communicated in the notification email. Real-money balances remaining in dormant accounts will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cvy6 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from game outcomes, payment processing delays, technical errors, platform unavailability, or decisions made by cvy6 in the exercise of its rights under these Terms.

cvy6 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of some or all platform services. cvy6 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses sustained during periods of platform unavailability.

The cvy6 platform integrates with third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) and third-party payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket). cvy6 accepts no liability for any errors, delays, or failures attributable to these third-party providers. Disputes relating to specific game outcomes from third-party providers will be escalated to the relevant provider in accordance with their published dispute resolution procedures.

You acknowledge that your use of the cvy6 platform is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and software are adequate for accessing the platform securely. cvy6 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate device security, including losses resulting from malware, phishing attacks, or unauthorised access to your device.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and cvy6, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. cvy6 aims to respond to all formal disputes within 72 hours. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to pursue resolution through appropriate formal channels as required by applicable law.
